The Gilarmi Lounge

Dazzling drinks and a sophisticated setting

Paying tribute to “The Gilarmi Apartments”, the first serviced residence in Asia where Discovery Primea stands today, the Gilarmi Lounge evokes the nostalgic story of businessman Virgilio Hilario, who named it after his son Gil and his wife Armi Kuusela, the first ever Miss Universe. The hotel lounge has a vast array of wines, spirits and coffee from across the world, with 12 signature drinks that are modernized renditions of classic cocktails, as well as Turkish coffee and the siphon-brewed variant. For sumptuous light bites, Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco features his epicurean take on Filipino bar chow such as sisig and ceviche.

The Gilarmi Lounge features live music from Wednesdays to Saturdays, starting at 7:00 PM.
